Beneath the targets and timelines, I kept sensing something deeper: that our current ways of working — while efficient — often left people depleted, disconnected, and unsure of their deeper purpose. We had the systems for delivery, but not the space for humanity. We knew how to scale, but not how to sustain.
That tension became the seed for Iceberg.
